We went to witness at this Lutheran body and in a act of total Lutheran lunacy........
Their modern pastor said:
*He knew that Luther was a murderous hate filled man who helped Hilter rise to power and kill millions of Jews but...
* He is ok keeping Luther's name on his building and calling himself a Lutheran because he is under God's grace!!!
*I told him Luther said you can sin 1000 times a day and sin boldly as Christ has forgiven you when that is a lie!
*He also told me yes, but he is under grace so it's ok. Then I reminded him of Romans 6 saying we don't keep sinning under grace and he said he agreed. So which is it?
What is wrong with this picture folks and do you see a sinful pattern here?
Placing a murderous mans name in association with a Holy Holy Holy God and continuing in MANY sinful ways because God gives grace?
They are all in grave danger!
