Witnessing to homeless man & a car load of young men

I walked over to a gas station to get some ice and water and I saw a man sitting on the curb. I had seen him on the other side of town so I sat down to talk with him. It was VERY interesting as the homeless can be, very different people. You will hear another man come over to talk as he heard me witnessing and he asked about Muslims. Listen in here:

Then after I was all done and leaving the area, the man who came over was in a car with three other men and they called me over to talk. They had questions and they liked my bible answers. They were very interesting men like rough gang banger types, smoking, cussing and tattooed but they heard the preacher and said they would email me. Unlike the modern pastors or anabaptists, they did not call the police on me but they thanked me. It is a Pharisee and tax collector thing as these men in the streets are closer to God's Kingdom then most church goers. The one man even called his church going mom to talk bible but she did not answer. He was excited about what I was telling him. It is why I am out here daily....

Truth at the Produce Stand

March 2023

As we travel in van dwelling life, we are always looking for places to share the gospel, not just events. A good example is this produce stand in a small Georgia town we stopped at as we went through.

While sister Aman looked for deals, the man showed me his boiled peanut kettle that is really popular down south.

Meeting Street Vendors and Sharing the Gospel

We are blessed to be out in the world daily for the cause of Christ and recently I met a dad / son team out selling some goods. We had a great talk and the gospel went out to encourage them in the faith.

Joe the Fisherman

We parked right next to a nice little lake and I saw a man fishing there in the morning. The Spirit in me led me to go tell him the good news but to be honest, my flesh reared up. It said he probably won't want it like most don't and we have to get going but; I knew I must obey. I did obey and it was one of the most edifying witnessing experiences I ever had! He loved to hear of God's truth, he asked great questions and we seemed to just hit it off together. We talked for about an hour and we covered many topics. (he was a legless vet in a wheel chair but he has no bitterness just joy and desire for God's Word and in that he inspired me) He hugged me and said he couldn't wait to check out our resources on line, as he was encouraged. He wanted me to tell you all that he does not blame God for anything and he feels blessed to live the life he does, even with his handicap issues.

 He was such a sweet spirited man of 75 years old and I am so glad I met him! I never would have met him lest I lost this life and sold it all to .... GO... serve God out in the world. We are so very blessed to do what we do!

Meeting Drifter John

The life of a van dwelling preacher is never boring and today was no different. We stopped at a place I felt led to go to and I met John the drifter. We had lunch together and he and I talked about the Lord. He told me I could share this with you all with you to edify others.

He was headed to another state to get a new start after prison and a divorce. I am thankful to God I got to be right in his path so I shared the gospel and what God would have him do moving forward.

My heart breaks for such people but I know he is closer to the kingdom of God then most church goers and bible teachers, he really is! We all have decisions to make and paths to follow. I pray John heard some truth, clings to it and chooses the right way moving ahead. He knows how to reach me to be encouraged in eternal truth.

Witness to a Muslim man

As I street preached at the Daytona 500 in 2023; a very respectful man came over and me had a good talk. It turns out he was a Muslim and I had a better talk with him then with most modern pastors or church goers I meet. The issue is always who is Jesus and that makes them think. I thought perhaps our conversation would edify you all?

Motor Cycle Man Gets the Gospel

God always seems to have us in the right spot and today was no exception. We rolled into a new town then we went to our parking spot where a man saw our gospel signs and waved. Later he came back and we had a long talk about the Lord. He was in a terrible motorcycle accident and was lifeless for 15 minutes about 2 years ago.
