He claims the 1 Cor 9 verse that says..... even so... means we are to tithe today and give money to local pastors to over see.
And he even ADMITS, people are cursed by God if they do not tithe today but he says, in 30 years of teaching, he NEVER bothered to warn them once! Amazing admission by a so called biblical elder / teacher.
