Street preaching at large events and witnessing to such groups is awesome but; it takes wisdom. A preacher must be flexible in his approaches.
Bold or Stealth?
Sometimes we can preach openly/bold and out loud to many all at one time as we have close access via public free speech places.

Other times, at more closed events on private property, we have to use great wisdom and do more one on one witnessing quietly in stealth lest the police will be called on us.
Example: This event held at Hertz Arena / Florida in 2020 had no place to get close via public free speech access but trust me; you can reach a lot of people with one on one evangelism!
Make sure you scout out your events ahead of time and decide a course of action that suits the location.
Wisdom with our zeal now that is a wonderful combination, amen?
I encourage you street preachers to always use the approach best suited for the event but; NEVER EVER go inside and "unite/take part" to their event if it is unbiblical as that would be sinful.
Why would we go and witness at a evangelical event? Because they are unbiblical / deceiving people and here is proof in a video from that same crusade that shows Graham's false teaching right from his own lips:

I have seen people coming out of Grahams crusades holding his little booklet saying; 'I have eternal life guaranteed"... almost gloating over it in great confidence! Yet Jesus said STRIVE / OBEY as fruit / ENDURE to enter in to it. Graham is lying!
