In the years we have preached the gospel truth; we have warned about the MANY false ways and sins of the anabaptist world. As another sad example; we rolled into a very familiar town Versailles, Missouri that we have done lots of ministry in. After a long winter of preaching and parking lot living; we decided to use their nice quiet city camp ground. We were enjoying a quiet coffee time in the morning when a older Mennonite woman drives up. My wife went to greet her warmly at her car and give her a anabaptist tract we hand out. I walked up near here car to offer her the gospel and we treated her with kindness and this was the out come:
*she asap talked over the gospel / our Lords blood/work
*she made excuses for her Mennonite sins
*she kept correcting me a man in great sin/feminism
*We gave her MANY reasons Mennonites are not biblical
*See agreed Menno Simmons would rebuke them for the name
*after many offers to have her husband or elder call me she ignored them all and kept arguing
*We left her and said we are done talking and she wouldn't leave
*She even moved her car CLOSER to our camp spot/chairs and table
*We moved to the other side and she would have come parked there too but I set our chairs to block her (this is all on audio and video) and and then she finally left
*Then 2 hours later she drives back up with a bag and I said no thanks and kept sawing wood. She tossed the bag on the ground and left. The bag had potato salad and a sweet bread with a note. The note said she has Jesus and that I was unloving/putting my finger in her face but she lied. All I did was once point to her as a anabaptist as we tried to get her to see her sin so she can repent. While we appreciate all generosity; we did not use the gifts and we must reject her note. Why do people offer food vs holy truth? God's kingdom is not built on food but on spirit and truth. (John 424)
Note: I still do not have a call from her elder or husband so I guess they let the woman do the contending as sadly they are cowards.
She her on video here as she refused to go and get the elder men but she wanted to keep teaching me a man in sin against God's Word.
We have many of these sad anabaptist stories as we do ministry all over America. They are just another false denomination full of spiritually dead and heretical people just keeping man made traditions. We hope they repent to the saving of their souls!
