What Sins Are Allowed in the New Testament Church Body?
An interesting (maybe strange) question and you will see why if you read on.
As we meet and encounter other religious bodies there is a common thread we see over and over; it is an issue of ALL truth! Since truth is VERY important to God (Christ is the truth / John 14:6) He calls His people to walk in ALL of it for His glory and for our own protection which includes His NT church body. We always raise issues of truth and in doing so we like to remind people the opposite of truth is error; which is really SIN. While you do not hear that truth or word (SIN) said very often today, it is the truth none the less.
It is written:
*Jesus called us who claim Him to walk in perfection ( Matthew 5:48)
*Apostle Paul called men to strive for perfection ( Colossians 1)
*Peter said be holy in ALL your conduct (1 Peter 1:15)
God's Word is VERY clear..... His true redeemed people are to TRY and leave ALL sin (repent) or they are not showing the fruit of being His holy ones at all.
(Only sinful unredeemed carnal people stay in sin and unbiblical ways.)
The common thread regarding truth that we see is this:
Men we meet or read about who CLAIM to be teachers of God, lack ALL bible truth and they do not teach or uphold ALL biblical doctrine like the first NT church did. Meaning... they allow or over look at SIN in themselves and their religious bodies and are compromised (sinning) vs having ALL truth. (Even when shown the truth, they reject obeying it) These are commonly areas like the model/function of the NT body, modern pastors role, tithing for today, biblical dress, holiness in daily life, separation from the cultures ways, clinging to ALL of the teachings in the NT Word etc etc...
This is true of denominational bodies as well as those who try to meet in homes. When questioned why they are compromised and allow SIN in their bodies and do not teach it all nor call people out of it as the Word teaches His true people to do; they will say things like:
*The church is a hospital for sinners
* No one is perfect and trying is useless
*You have to wait for the spirit to convict people of their sin
*It is all about just loving and experiencing God in worship
*It will turn people away from God if we teach them all truth now
*That is a lesser, unimportant, superficial, side issue we do not focus on
What is most sad and telling here is that NONE of these "lame excuses" for allowing SIN in can be found in God's Holy Word at all. Everything in God's Word is to be taught and held to or it is sin and disobedience.
These men/teachers today are Matthew 23 hypocrites as they will rebuke or remove any visitor for cursing or stealing in their religious body but they allow much sin/worldliness/carnality in those who weekly put money in their plates and pay for their building and wages year after year. (Hopefully you get the point here and 2 Timothy 3 tells us those days would come?)
What sane person would tell a surgeon: It is ok to leave a little bit of the cancer in my body?
The Apostle Paul said a little bit of sin ruins much (Galatians 5:9) Jesus told us that in Matthew 4:4 that we live by ALL of His Word not just some of it. Those sayings we listed above are sad made up reasons that man has created through modern religion to allow half truth(SIN) in the body, which keeps the pews full, salaries paid and their doors open. They know people will leave if you hold them to ALL truth so a "nice comfy place they like" is created where they are allowed to hold on to some SIN but still act godly in so called worship.
This cannot be for God's true people that Christ bled and died to redeem!!!!

That is why man made religion is pure poison to the soul and it grows false converts NOT true, obedient, holy saints. While they ALL allow half truth (SIN) in their own lives and religious bodies as a daily practice, they can't back up what they do in the Holy Word at all. How do we know this?
First... Paul taught over and over about getting sin out of the body and being in purity (Corinthians) and he told us to separate from a man who is just lazy. (2 Thessalonians 3) Christ then says in Revelation 2 and 3 ... repent of sin or He will remove churches. In our experience, when questioned today's believers/leaders run into the dark and hide. It is amazing when we ask that simple biblical question that not one man who claims to be a teacher or leader will ever answer:
So tell me; what sins are allowed in the New Testament church body?
In the end; ... claimed believers, teachers and leaders:
unless you can take us to God's Word and answer that question biblically you're compromised (in SIN) by over looking ALL truth and allowing sin in your life and religious body. In line with Luke 13:3 you need to repent, start living it first, then teaching it and using church discipline (Matthew 18) to encourage others to be holy in all their ways or put them out of the body as an example of what God's people are NOT. (Sinful, lukewarm and disobedient to His full Word.)
***Anything less is sin and compromise. The result of leaving God's Full Word to please people is man made false religion that God hates. See Mark 7.
We now await ANYONE to answer this question for us.
When they see they can't answer it biblically, wisdom says they should repent and change their ministry work to meet ALL of God's Word and not just some of it.

God's Word has the answer. No sin is allowed or tolerated lest cancer sets in.
Will you obey ALL of the Word or.... compromise on it for your flesh and the favor of man?
