Seeker Sensitive ways is simply a term and tactic that modern man made religion has adopted to cater to the people of the world vs keeping the true New Testament body and proclaiming the full truth of God's Word.
What they do is this:
They consider the people in the pews their customer and so they tailor the event ( their ritual gathering in Sunday ) to be a pleasing one so people will keep coming back and bring more people with them. Growth is their man goal... NOT biblical truth. They invite the goats of the wotld into their places and pretend they are God's sheep. It is shameful!
Many false men like Bill Hybels, Rick Warren and Joel Osteen are using it to grow huge religious bodies. These places are designed to be worldly goat farms ( worldly people ) then places for God's true sheep. This is why we preach against evangelical / denominational religion as it has adopted many of these ways to add to its list of many sins.
