Shofar Blowing Exposed

Many unbiblical Christians are getting caught up in blowing a shofar ( rams horn ) as part of their walk. They seem to think it has some kind of power but it does NOT!

This was used in the Old Testament only among the Israelites but it was NEVER mentioned in the New Testament as part of a Christ followers walk. ( we see a trumpet sounded at Christs return...that is it, nothing more! )

It you are going to go back in the OT to grab things to keep, then you need to stop eating pork, wear tassels, do not mix fabrics or any of the other 613 laws God gave them BEFORE Christ came. See this article that lists all 613 of them.

The shofar has no spiritual power nor is it to be used for anything today in the Christians walk. Rather then blowing a shofar...we should be shouting out the gospel good news of the gospel per what Christ told us to do in Matthew 10:27

Also, rather then blowing a shofar as a emotional stunt ... the biblical gospel should be proclaimed per Christs command!

Why don't claimed Christians do that per the NT Word?

I guess blowing a shofar is more fun then preaching a gospel that the world HATES!!

Unless we are keeping the traditions Apostle Paul handed down 2 thess 2.... we are in sin and not OBEYING God at all!
