The following is a shameful example of how to NOT go into the world and shine Christ's light.
I have reached out to, tested and exposed Phillip Blair of Torch of Christ Ministries for along time now. He is an unbiblical deliverance preacher who has many sinful ways and bad theology.
( weak gospel, sinner prayers, fake healing's, heresy demonology )
My testing at the bottom of this article documents them all with many questions Pentecostal Phillip will not answer.
In a video below from Feb 2020 New Zealand, a mocker man licked Blair's ear when, Phillip went to hug him. Why you would EVER get close enough to a foolish mocker to hug / allow him to lick you, begs a question here?
In truth... IF .... you are a wise and discerning street preacher it wont ever happen but Phillip lacks those traits. To make matters worst, Blair then continues (on camera) to engage the licking mocker while God's Word says NOT to.
Answer not a fool according to his folly, lest thou also be like unto him.
Prov 26:4
Then when the man again tries to get close, Mr Blair says:
"I will punch you... I will punch.... I'm self defense".

Is this how those, who represent a Holy Christ, are to act in the streets as they try to show God's love?
All of this proves what my testing/email experiences with Blair has seen/said all along. Phillip is a fleshly, carnal, pride filled unbiblical man who needs to repent of much!
Jesus said this:
Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.

How is punching a foolish mocker........ gentle?
Note: I now want to see if Blair is going to:
*publically repent for his actions here bringing a reproach on Christ name
*will he just delete the video
*or worse yet will he leave it up thinking this is godly behavior?
Phillip has now crossed the line to be a violence prone man and not fit to teach or lead ..... per Apostle Paul:
1 Timothy 3:3 - Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous;
Psalms 11:5 - The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.
Titus 3:2 - To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, [but] gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men.
He has that very video up on youtube still and so he must think it is proper to be violent / threaten to punch the very people we are trying to bring to Christ in the streets? How very ungodly and pathetic.....
Doesn't Phillip know it is more godly to turn and run from a fight then to get violent in the streets? He shows he is too macho / carnal to know this? Either way he is not fit for ministry now as he thinks this is proper behavior for a godly man / street preacher?
Repent Phillip, repent. Remove yourself from ministry for a season and get some godly good counsel, lest you sink further into your sins and bring Christ more shame.
