Day 21 of our mission trip was quite exciting....
We got to witness to a man we worked for and we had a wonderful talk about the things of God.
I shared with him the MANY false ways of man made religion ( see them at www.dontperish.com) and he said 2 things that were telling and meaningful to us. He said he though he has gotten comfortable in his faith not seeking deeper truth and he does see how man made religion ( his 600 person church ) refuses to call the people who sit in the pews out of their sin ( like porn ).
*We see the comfort issue in our own lives and we have fought hard to resist it and today we GO and proclaim truth for the Lord wherever we can.
*Refusing to call out sin in the claimed body of Christ that we see all over America and it is sinful and a shame to those who call Him Lord. It is the sad fruit of the unbiblical man made systems of religion.
We hope the truth we gave him goes deep in him and he is changed .... for the glory of God.

Not long after we left that mans house we stopped at a hardware store to get a refill on propane for my carving burner. As we sat enjoying a cold drink after a hard days work, I noticed a big truck that had the words Team Jesus. No sooner did I see it then the young man driving it was walking out. I walked up and asked him what the name Team Jesus was all about?
He said it is a stunt driving ministry he is part of. I said what is that and what do you do?
He told me they use motorcycles jumping though fire to gather people to minister to. So I asked him what is the gospel they preach?
He pointed to and touched his Jesus sign and said Jesus.
I asked is that all one needs to find eternal life ....the word Jesus?
What must I do to gain eternal life I asked?
He again pointed to the sign and said Jesus.
I asked him what was the gospel the bible teaches we are to proclaim?
He got very flustered and said you must have a encounter with Jesus to be saved.
I asked where in the bible it says that?
He got even more mad and I reminded him in love that many groups have a jesus but it is a false one like the Mormons or Jehovah Witness cults.
He told me even they can believe in their jesus and be saved! ( that is heresy! )
I tried to help him see that his jesus that was using the carnal things of the world like fire and motorcycle stunts, alter calls and sinners prayers for salvation..... is a false jesus per God's Word. I pointed to his truck and the same jesus he pointed to several times. I told him I cared about him and did not want him to waste his young life on vain worship that God hates.
He then told me I was wrong for touching his truck and I had a posture issue???? (He tried to say I was somehow threatening to him I guess? So just standing and talking about Gods truth to a man in ministry with a big Jesus sign on his truck.... is threatening in Montana? Who would know??? )
My wife was there and she will attest I was in no way threatening.
I told him perhaps God's Word and truth was threatening to him and he said he was leaving and he did.
How sad this was.
A man who claims to be in ministry but he does not know the gospel, does not care about God's truth and he shows zero love towards us as believers. (Jesus said love was the marker of His true people) All he wanted to do was get away from being asked about God's truth.
Another sad case for the ill sinful ministries of men these days.
Gene Sullivan of Montana is this man's pastor and the 70 year old motor cycle jumper for Jesus....
( Gene used to hang out with a famous stunt jumper in the 70's and was his body guard??? )

They may be entertaining people but they are not building God's kingdom by preaching the truth.
They are drawing the world with worldly carnal things and giving a false accursed gospel that cannot save anyone per Apostle Paul in Gal 2. (No repentance, no born again, no holiness/obedience to God )
Truth matters folks........
Jesus said FEW will find eternal life and he warned MANY religious people will be turned away by Him as they are sinful/law breakers going against His ways to do their own false ways.
