New Believers Info ...Focus On This?

What should a new follower of Christ focus on to get their walk in truth and pleasing to God?

 When we first came to Christ we had no one to guide or teach us what we needed to focus on to grow and we want better for others; that is why we labor on our website daily! We have had the joy in our ministry life to see new believers come to faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. It is a joyous thing to behold and the scriptures tell us all of heaven rejoices when someone repents and is made new.

 I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.

 We wanted to write a article to help any new followers of Christ in their walk so they can get a solid start to serving and seeking the King if Kings. Often they are told to just go to church but that is not solid biblical advice for several reasons.

 1) we are to BE the body of Christ so going to "church worship services" is not even correct per Gods Word.

man made religion of what ever flavor you can name; is NOT in the truth of Gods Word but in much sin.

Often people are told to believe on Jesus and follow Him but they are NOT correctly instructed just how to do it.
