This article came about because of a sad pattern we see in man made religion today that is false and deceiving millions of people. This false theology is rooted in carnal mans desire to want more people to come to Christ and so they have changed the Word of God into a lie; preaching a false gospel. The false and damning theology preached is they basically they change and water down God’s Word to please men and fill up buildings. In this case; they tell people we are all sinners so do not worry about your sins. They tell both the people who are new to God’s Word (seekers) and those who are claiming to be Christians (gathering weekly and calling themselves believers) that we are ALL just sinners. They even go so far as to say things like; the church is a just hospital for sinners, no perfect people are allowed here and Jesus hung around sinners as that is all there is. (these are all man made phrases not the truth from the Word)
It is really amazing to behold the level of rebellion they have for God's Word. While they will run anyone off who tries to live/strive for holiness and perfection in Christ as they totally ignore Matthew 5:48 where Jesus Himself commands us to.... be PERFECT!
Their ways are SHAMEFUL before God!
*** There is NO doubt that people who are not yet born again via faith and repentance and are living un-regenerated lives; yes... the Word of God clearly calls them sinners! But this article is really about those who are CLAIMING a faith in God and claiming eternal life in Christ. Are they too called sinners by God’s Word or is it another man made doctrine?
Plain old common sense would tell you that if you tell young your children “your all just a bunch of spoiled,rowdy, bratty children” they will act out to the standard you set for them and allow. In the same way if you (or modern pastors) tell people who claim a Holy God “they are just all sinners” without a higher standard for their lives they too will act out and live by what you have set for them. That is how man made religion operates to please people...NOT God. This idea that a person can claim to be born again in Christ but still “live in” daily sin and worldliness/carnality is a LIE from hell. By lowering God’s standard we do not bring more people into God’s kingdom. No we just make false converts by the millions!
So what does the Holy Word say on this topic? A quick word search solves this issue. In a King James New Testament bible it will reveal to you this:
*28 times it says sinners and 13 times it says sinner. Each time those are used it is ALWAYS referring to those not born again in Christ. Clearly they are sinners.
Now to the point of our article. The interesting fact is 'what does God’s Word call God’s people?' The answer is it calls them …..SAINTS over and over!!!
*61 times the KJV bible calls God’s redeemed people …. SAINTS.
Fact: Not once does it EVER call God’s people….sinners. (you can go and do a quick word search for yourself to see ALL the verses that call His people Saints not sinners proving man is lying in this ill doctrine )
You may ask 'so why does God NOT call His people sinners as they have sinned right'? Well the answer is clear really. God has a standard for those who are His and carry Christ’s name via faith and new birth. The standard is one of leaving sin for obedience and holiness in their lives NOT living a sin filled life. They are to be changed by His spirit and Word. Do saints slip and sin at times? Yes.. but they repent and stop it or they do not have the fruit of being a true child of God at all.

The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. Apostle John’s warning is that the person who continues in sin has neither seen him nor knows him (1 John 3:6). Clearly true and real Christians are called to live, act and be holy. 1 Peter 1:15
God chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight (Ephesians 1:4). God has saved us and called us to a holy life (2 Timothy 1:9).

In truth just the opposite of being a “sinner,” our goal as true Christians is to not have even a hint of sinfulness, nor any kind of impurity or greed as this is improper for God’s holy people!
As God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience (Colossians 3:12)
“May he strengthen your hearts so that you will be blameless and holy in the presence of our God and Father when our Lord Jesus comes with all his holy ones” (1 Thessalonians 3:13).
So what we have shown you is that all of these man made denominational or seeker sensitive hireling pastors in false religious bodies are LYING. They are wrong when they say to their people in the pews; we are all just SINNERS as they allow people to live in sin, not be holy, not obey ALL of Gods commands and doctrines for His true church.
Sadly, they may well all be sinners but if that is the case they CANNOT claim the Holy God of the bible as He calls His people out of sin to be SAINTS as we have shown you in the Word. Men can make up their own theology to please people but it will be exposed by those of us who love/live by the truth and who care enough to tell them the hard facts so they can repent, obey and be right with God.
Why this matters is made clear by the following fearful verse:
We pray that you see yourself as a SAINT today... not a sinner. We pray that you live accordingly to His Word fully not in compromise/sin. If not won't you repent and let us know how we can help you live in obedience as fruit your His? Then you will avoid His wrath to come!

In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.(2 Thessalonians 1:8-10).
