Joy of the Lord

This world has many troubles as we are told by our Lord and Savior:

 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.
Matthew 6:34



So we want to remind you of the joy that is promised for those who are born from above and striving in obedience in the Word.

 But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee. 
Psalm 5:11

 And thou shalt have joy and gladness; and many shall rejoice at his birth. 
Luke 1:14

 These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full. John 15:11

 Be glad in the Lord, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart. Psalm 32:11

 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. Romans 14:17

 And my soul shall be joyful in the Lord: it shall rejoice in his salvation. 
Psalm 35:9

 Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost. Romans 15:13

 And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full. 1 John 1:4

 Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit. 
Psalm 51:12

 These are just a few of the many verses in God's Word that promise joy to His people, you would do good to do a search on 'joy' in the bible and read for yourself.

 This life will be filled with many trials but rejoice....

 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. John 16:33
