Teenagers can be hanging on a fire truck, throwing candy, acting goofy, cranking loud music right down main street, all to celebrate football with a police escort. But if a preacher stands on the corner with a sign and speaks God's Word, just with his voice; the police come to talk to him about; disturbing the peace!
