The following is a very simple but MUST have item for all van dwellers. In van life, there is always a need for air flow and also rain protection in the van life as open windows are a must to stay comfortable.
The issue arises when it rains as it is a hassle. The as water comes in or you close the windows and have NO air flow. We have found these to be the best $30 we ever spent and they are called rain protectors.
This allows you to leave your windows open several inches and NO rain comes in. I even drive in down pours with windows cracked open and we stay very dry!
Search the web and find the ones that fit your vehicle and shop around as some are really pricey. They go in easy with double face tape and I glued mine in for more hold with a silicone adhesive.
Just another little tip for your van dwelling life!
