Today I preached outside two false religious places (evangelical and roman catholic) in Nebraska on the public sidewalk; not hindering or bothering anyone's ritual services.
Even though I had told the same police officer earlier that day, I was a lawful street preacher and he said I was fine preaching on the sidewalks, he showed up. Then he tried to say I maybe be disturbing the peace. If this happens, you must push though that and ask for the specific laws you are violating? Some towns/states are trying to silence religious free speech by calling it disturbing the peace but they lose in court all the time.
In Nebraska, they have a very vague disturbing the peace law that has already been challenged and they lost in court when street preachers were arrested for just preaching on a sidewalk. It is NOT illegal to street preach men! Well, not yet anyway but that day is coming in America when it will be. Let us GO while we can as they will arrest us soon. If that happens and we do get arrested, I say men in prison need the gospel too!

I do not believe he handled it professionally at all and then he left and did not bother us again.
We love the law officers but; we cannot allow them to twist the current laws just to stop our work in the streets or preaching truth at false religious places.
