I thought I would go back to my daily van posts "for a season". To better redeem the time; I will add daily pictures, experiences and some witnessing we do, on the way. (most new teachings and verse by verse studies will be put in the Fellowship Gathering area) This post is just part of the daily life of a gospel street preacher/his wife, as we travel/van dwell and preach Christ crucified all over America. We traveled far again today and made it safe now back into South Dakota. We did a 1200 mile trip all the way around Yellowstone park to hit tourist areas to witness. We went from South Dakota, to Wyoming, to Montana to Wyoming, to Idaho to Montana to Wyoming back into South Dakota and the witnessing just went on and on! Today on the way, we had some work to do. It seems the Lord always has work for us on our path that almost always pays our way (gas is our biggest expense on the road) and often close to almost exact amounts. We always smile and say..... thank you Heavenly Father!

It happens often as heretical mockers attack and they never have any biblical proof or evidence behind them; just flesh and foolishness. This one is so strange, I was unsure to just shrug it off or cry over this sad, heretical, confused, young novice man who did it. We had today what we call a...... Bonus Preach!

We stopped at a gas station in eastern Wyoming and hello..... right across from the gas station was a good sized car show. We got gas, ate a quick lunch in the van and then; since we had the 3 P's for street preaching (parking, people and public access) we went out and on the spur of the moment. We held signs and I street preached to the people so it was a added bonus to our day. It was nice as some took cards and others waved; as they drove by. (no mockers at all today and that hardly ever happens!) Someone did call the police but since we were on a public side walk and not bothering anyone, he just drove up then waked around and drove off giving us a thumbs up.

Then once they started to line up for a pride filled car show parade, we were out of there and on the road again. That is the life of a traveling street preacher and we are both always so excited to be used of God in this way. Honestly, we want to do it till we die!

The Word Goes Out

As we traveled I had some good witnessing on the way and here are just several:

***At a stop that we made for ice, I saw some bikers who had left Sturgis (a big vile biker rally) and they had Jesus vests on. I went to talk to them and the man claimed to be a preacher. He would not talk to me much, so I asked him for a card and he gave me one. Said he was a outlaw preacher? Not even sure what that is but; biker ministries are far from biblical or teaching people to be living a holy life, that I can tell you that. I plan to email him and see if we can go deep in the Word.

***Then as we packed up to go a man who said he has a camper van, came over to talk van life. He like our custom van and we chatted about much. Then of course he got the gospel and he was open to it, he listen, then thanked me and then he drove off.

Things are Often NOT What They Appear To Be

As we passed a town today that we are familiar with; we took this picture along the highway.

What does it look like to you?

The towns name is Buffalo and they placed all those big brown rocks there to look like; resting buffalo. They do kind of look like buffalo don't they?

My point is the Word tells us to prove/test all things:

Prove all things; hold fast that which is good. 1 Thess 5:20

Often things or people seem to be one thing but; wisdom says TEST. Often on closer examination, they are NOT what you thought at all. Always test dear saints, lest you be deceived!

Our Savior COMMANDED in Luke 21:8... Take heed that ye be not deceived

We are all set up in our FREE camp site for the night and it is a beautiful night out west.

We plan to sit outside in the cool air, once our work is done.

We always have lots to do after the day ends like; answering emails, encouraging saints, posting online, bible study, getting lessons prepared, get caught up on business items, get the van organized, repairs, plan for meals, get ready for upcoming days/events and then spend down time with each other as husband and wife before sleep.

All of our daily lives are very different but; all are the same importance to the Lord, do not forget that. We all get the same 24 hours a day, no more no less! Savor every minute God gives you saints. And if you ever start taking life for granite, just hold your breath for as long as you can. Then; oh I promise, you will quickly appreciate every new breath He gives you. Then from there; starting again praising Him daily for all good things and it will bless your walk and glorify our God! We all must refresh ourselves as needed to walk this way thankful way.

Till we are all together face to face or in Heaven, set your mind on things above. Col 3;2
