Spirit and Truth Discernment: Van Dwellers For Christ Aug 28 2021

I thought I would go back to my daily van posts "for a season". To better redeem the time; I will add daily pictures, experiences and some witnessing we do, on the way. (most new teachings and verse by verse studies will be put in the Fellowship Gathering area) This post is just part of the daily life of a gospel street preacher/his wife, as we travel/van dwell and preach Christ crucified all over America. What a glorious day we have been given today and we are going to make it all we can, for Christ. I was in a truck stop we camped at and I got to witness to a Amish man. He took our anabaptist tract and I saw him reading it with a friend. More seeds sown!

Down the road we go in His name.....

When we camped at a nice lake some days back, I saw this gate:

and it made me ponder how MOST people we have seen get to the gate of eternal life but they stop and do not strive through! How sad as Christ has made a way and His work is finished. But WE have to strive in faith, repent as we go, exhibit the fruit of new life with holiness/ obedience and endure daily. Gates are made for walking through so I ask have you walked through or are you spending lots of time looking at it?

At the same lake, I found a bunch of fishing line on the ground.

It can ensnare animals so I wrapped it all up on a stick. It made me ponder about what it is the ensnares believers as we strive for Christ.

Family, flesh, material things, relationships, careers, false religion and the list goes on and on!

But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. Heb 3:13

Be cautious saints as you walk, do NOT get ensnared but; be FREE in Christ!

We made a quick stop at the Missouri homestead to get a few things done; then we were off again the same day. I took some pictures to share with you all:

Oh, I like to sit there and just enjoy the quiet / peace but the fact is; we cant meet lost people sitting there so; we have to GO!

Preach the gospel, make disciples and teaching them to obey all He commanded.

Simple Pleasures

I was very impressed by a young teen saints insight about the simple things in life. Here is one of my simple pleasures when we do get to the homestead:

1) some water jugs

2) our outdoor shower

3) my awesome private view there

Ahhhhhhhh........so simple!

Better yet; the simplicity we have in Christ, amen?

But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. 2 Cor 11:3

We are on line working in a park, then we have some laundry/water fill up to do and we are headed north! Lord willing to some good preaching grounds in Sept.
