Spirit and Truth Discernment: Van Dwelling / Off Gridders for Christ Dec 25 2021

We travel all over America to street preach/witness Christ crucified to the lost culture in the streets, at religious places and events.

I thought I would go back to my daily van / homestead posts to edify the saints. To better redeem the time; I will add daily pictures, experiences and some witnessing we do, on the way. (most new teachings like verse by verse will go here and I will put offerings in the Fellowship Gathering area also) This post is just part of the daily life of a gospel street preacher/his wife, as we travel/van dwell, live on the off grid homestead, make disciples and preach Christ crucified all over America via online and in person. Christmass is Strange Fire

We have been getting lots done on the homestead; projects that were long over due. We love being organized as it makes life better/simpler and it is a good witness for the Lord. We now have two fully set up off grid rustic guest cabins, ready for use:

I have been pondering our time to leave here and hit the gospel road. It is hard as we so enjoy the peaceful homestead but the spirit wants to GO and GO! It has been put upon my heart to delay our leaving for a few reasons. 1) we have been pondering much and striving to make sure we have the Lord as our first love in this time of refreshing and NOT constant ministry to the lost. You can get out or order for sure! 2) This time off the road has been great for sister debbie and I. In truth; we did not realize how stretched and perhaps a bit worn down we were from many many months of non stop ministry on the road. 3) We are learning a lot of spiritual lessons and taking them deep within us during this time off the full time road. We know we will better suited to go and serve if we use wisdom and take this extended time to grow. 4) I have some long over due ministry projects that are better done from the homestead then in van life and I am anxious to get on them.

The plan is to stay at the homestead for 6 to 8 more weeks. Of course we continue to work online ministry daily (we reach all over the world) fellowship with the saints we know, live a simple life, working with our hands on the homestead and still preaching the gospel everywhere we go. We are not giving up the van life (oh, not at all) as we will be doing some mini mission trips around the Missouri area and mid south this winter. We are always van ready and can go help others, preach events or meet people for discipling / fellowship. We really do love the mobile life! Then come March or so; we will shift our focus of traveling coast to coast in America and for a year (or two?) cover the mid section of this country traveling and preaching all over that area. God put this all on my heart so we are just being faithful to His call. I know the Lord will act and use this all for His glory. We are excited to see what is next for us in life and ministry as we are always changing (for good), sharpening in the Word, growing in Him and ready to GO for His glory!
